Stop Body Shaming

Whether one person reads this or a thousand do, it needs to be said: Body Shaming needs to be put to an end, and everyone needs to be more aware of what it actually is.
Shaming others for being overweight is wrong. Shaming others for being skinny is wrong. Shaming others for being muscular is wrong. SHAMING OTHERS FOR THEIR BODY IS WRONG.
If a person wants to look a certain way, there is not one person in this world that has the right to tell them or put them down for doing so. Some women like to be fuller, some like to be skinny, and others like to have muscle. People may have outside factors or serious issues that make them look the way they do. If you're working to change your body, great. If you're content with your body, that's also great. No person is entailed to tell another human being that their lifestyle or body is wrong. Their is no "wrong" body image. All are beautiful. And all people hold the right to change their body without being harassed and shamed.
Being a victim of this personally, I know that no matter how hard you try to brush it off, it still hurts. Personally, I prefer to have a lower body fat and be healthy. I work everyday to stay in shape because it makes me happy. I've had MANY people through out my life tell me that I'll look muscular if I exercised, my face looks shit and I'll end up boobless if I lose more weight, I've lost/gained weight, I look disgustingly unfit and fat. All of those comments are WRONG. I'm happy with my own body and love working towards making it better. And that's okay. We need to take a stand and prevent others from shaming people for having different goals and lifestyles.
