Guilt-Free French Fries, More Quantity Half the Calories

Whether you call them French fries or chips, deep-fried potatoes are a universal guilty pleasure and supremely satisfying. However, French fry fanatics can take heart because turning the fried favorite into a healthy side dish is easier than you might think. 

Go healthy and homemade with this easy technique and you won't have to feel like your arteries are clogging with each guilty bite. The fun part is you only need 20 minutes and you are going to end up with a bit of more quantity with half the calories.

Ingredients:  
  • 1 Medium Size Peeled Potato 
  • 1 Tablespoon of Cooking Oil
  • Salt
  • Black Pepper
  • Paprika 
Directions:
Brush a baking tray with 1 Tbsp. of oil. Cut the potatoes and transfer to the baking tray. Add salt, pepper and paprika and mix. Bake in oven for almost 20 minutes. Turn potatoes during half time.
