Low-Calorie Mocha Latte

This winter you can make your own healthy mocha latte recipe. All you need is your favorite milk, dark chocolate, and coffee to create a lighter—but equally indulgent—version of the classic Mocha Latte. (If you’re dairy-free or vegan, simply choose a plant-based milk and dairy-free chocolate.)

Ingredients
1/2 c. reduced-fat milk (2% fat)
2 squares Cote d'Or - Mignonnette Extra Dark Chocolate (54% cacao)
2 shots espresso or dark brewed coffee

Directions
Pour 1⁄2 cup reduced-fat milk into a glass jar. Cover and shake vigorously for 15 seconds, then remove lid and microwave on high heat until nice and frothy (about 30 seconds.)
Add 2 squares of Cote d'Or - Mignonnette Extra Dark Chocolate (54% cacao) chopped to coffee cup, pour in 2 shots espresso or dark brewed coffee, and stir to melt. Top with the milk.
